Dear Resident
I wanted to let you know that I will be out on foot patrol in and around Sunningdale tomorrow 18/10/2026 0930-1130hrs, providing a visible police presence and speaking with residents and local businesses.
This follows concerns raised regarding a recent increase in shoplifting incidents at local stores, including Waitrose and other retailers selling alcohol. We understand that reports of these incidents, and associated suspicious activity in the area, may be causing concern within the community.
The purpose of these patrols is to provide reassurance, gather information where appropriate, and maintain a visible presence in locations where residents have told us they would like to see us. If you see me whilst I am out and about, please do feel free to stop and have a chat. Whether you have concerns about recent shoplifting incidents or any other local issues affecting your neighbourhood, I would be pleased to hear from you. Your local knowledge and feedback are invaluable in helping us understand and address the concerns that matter most to the community.
I look forward to speaking with some of you tomorrow.
Kind regards, Tammi Cudmore-Ray "Working together to keep our communities safe."
